IFO4 membership is open to national standards bodies, government agencies, international organizations, and industry stakeholders committed to the development of international standards for financial operations.

IFO4 follows the established international standards body model with distinct membership categories reflecting the level of participation and commitment to standards development.

Eligibility

  • National standards bodies (one per country)
  • Government agencies with standards mandates
  • Regulatory authorities with jurisdiction over financial operations

Annual Contribution

Assessed based on GDP and standards activity

Contribution schedule available upon application

Privileges & Rights

  • Vote on all draft international standards (DIS and FDIS ballots)
  • Nominate experts to all technical committees and working groups
  • Chair or co-chair technical committees
  • Propose new work items (NWI) and new technical committees
  • Full access to all committee documents and working drafts
  • Participation in the General Assembly with voting rights
  • Eligibility for Technical Management Board seats
